Our latest release

Black women will always be our priority at Stress Less Press, but we recognize the need to make space for our men, too. That’s why we’ve created a workbook to address the unique issues faced by Black men. The Mental Health Mixtape for Black Men has over 70 activities to help Black men with anxiety, depression and low mood. The activities are based on a mix of psychological therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and mindfulness designed to help Black men process and express your emotions, develop coping skills for when they’re going through it, and it’s packed with self care tips to keep their mental health on track. If you know a Black man that would benefit from some inner work, pick it up for them.
